Creative Digital Research's CDR Publisher uses the proprietary technology HyCD to record CD-ROMs that can be read by PC, Mac, or UNIX systems. CDR Publisher integrates ISO 9660 (PC), HFS (Mac), and Rock Ridge (UNIX) file formats on a single CD-ROM. Easily installed, CDR Publisher can create bootable CDs, and perform direct CD-ROM to CD Writer operations. Multimedia support includes Red Book Audio, Track-at-Once, Disc-at-Once, Mixed Mode, CD-ROM XA, Video CD 2.0, and Enhanced CD. It can be run from either a hard disk or a CD-ROM drive.

CDR Publisher's easy to use Graphical User Interface utilizes point and click convenience and appeals to both the expert and novice users.
