Maximum warranties
All Legasys products come with solid warranties, including a lifetime guarantee on all our memory upgrades. In all cases, we pass along to our customers the maximum warranty offered by the manufacturer. Should a problem arise, we offer quick replacement of products under warranty. We'll ship you a new replacement within 48 hours, for the first full year following your purchase.
Rapid delivery
We understand that you can't wait a month, or even weeks, for many peripheral products. And we understand that you don't want to pay to have stock sitting around for the day you might need it. That's why we offer rapid delivery, via Federal Express, from our expansive inventory. We'll ship your products within 48 hours -- or less. If you're facing an emergency, we'll do our best to ship your order the day we receive it.
Reliable products
At Legasys, we know that dead-on-arrival products are bad news for you and bad business for us. To ensure reliability, we rigorously test each product before we send it out the door. To ward off damage during shipment, we pack our products in plastic foam molded to their shapes -- rather than the plastic peanuts used by some of our competitors. We believe all products should work flawlessly right out of the box. We think you'll agree.
