/TrackerTracker is a distributed, multiuser database system with extensions into process control and configuration management. Tracker is both flexible and configurable, making it especially suited for use as a defect tracking system.
Defect tracking is an essential component for a team-based CASE programming environment. However, the reason most commercial defect tracking systems have failed is that they are either too specific or too inflexible.
Tracker solves these problems by supporting the user's ability to not only model the data and define the presentation in a form, but also to model the process through an easy-to-use process description language.
