BudTool® 4.3 is a non-proprietary automatic backup and retrieval package for heterogeneous networks. It uses standard UNIX utilities to back up and restore data eliminating the dependence on proprietary software. In the event of a system crash, BudTool will restore data more quickly and reliably than other backup products. There is no need to install client-side software or purchase more software as your network grows, so the cost-per-seat actually goes down. BudTool is supported by a nationwide network of field service engineers who provide on-site installation, service and consulting. BT Admin automates initial setup and configuration of large networks. BTNet is an intelligent network discovery tool that automatically detects new hosts and file systems that may need backup.
