Pinnacle's optical library systems provide on-line, centralized storage for networks, client-server environments, and are also ideal for individual workstations, Each system comes complete with Pinnacle's PVFS (Pinnacle Virtual File System) data management software which enables each optical library system to act as one large volume, or be configured as individual volumes. PVFS allows users to transparently access data from the optical cartridges quickly and efficiently.
The Pinnacle Ascent upgrade program allows users to increase storage capacity as their needs grow.
