Parity Systems disk and tape products are required by file server and workstation users for high-capacity high-performance storage and back-up applications. No unique hardware or software is necessary to use Parity products on Silicon Graphics® equipment. Parity's SCSI subsystems feature combinations of hard disk, 4mm DAT and 8mm tape, CD ROM, 1/4" tape and floptical devices in enclosures containing from one to 48 units, in deskside, desktop and rack-mount varieties. RAID 0,3,and 5 systems provide capacities from 6 Gbyte to 250+ Gbyte to implementations that assure users of upgrade paths - without obsoleting previously purchased equipment.
