COSMOS/M® finite element analysis (FEA) software, marketed to the computer-aided engineering market, is modular software for product design, analysis, and optimization. COSMOS/M® provides linear statics, dynamics, nonlinear, fatigue, thermal, steady state and turbulent fluid, electromagnetic and design optimization analyses. COSMOS/FFE® thermal and statics solution technology is also available. FFE Dynamics will be released in 1995.
Engineers in all areas of product and component design and engineering for such industries as automotive, aerospace, transportation, medical equipment, power generation, general industry, and consumer products can use COSMOS/M® to examine the functionality of their designs. Versions are available for workstations, PCs and Macintosh computers.
