Movement Interactive is currently developing a graphics emulation software package, that will emulate the graphical environment that you currently see on the targeted platforms game developers are developing for. As the developer is testing their game, they can run it through GPE (Game Platform Emulator) and view the game as it would look on the targeted system, with all control being handled by SGI and GPE.
