GeoViz interactive three-dimensional interpretation software allows geoscientists to build and view three-dimensional displays of subsurface stratigraphic and structural features. GeoViz software enables integration of numerous data types--3-D and 2-D seismic data, horizon time and attribute interpretation, fault interpretation, log data, gridded maps--into an interactive three-dimensional view. With the GeoViz voxels option, the user views 3-D seismic data in a cube display with controls for real-time panning and transparency. Any data type accessed by GeoViz is also available for display within voxels. The GeoViz module is tightly integrated with the GeoQuest Charisma and IESX interpretation software products. A Geoshare Half-link allows data exchange between other applications. GeoViz will achieve full POSC compliance as it is integrated into the GeoFrame Reservoir Characterization system.
