The Company is currently engaged in a development project, the purpose of which is to develop a fully operational prototype of a burst telecommunications channel that will demonstrate the Company's burst technology in the form of a 'faster-than-real-time' transmission and receiving of audio and video programming over commercial fiber networks. This project will demonstrate the Company's faster-than-real-time transmission and receiving capability over a WAN and, it will illustrate the benefits of high-speeed transmission and distribution of audio and video programming. It is the intention of the Company to develop burst related products and applications resulting fom this project.
