MFS Datanet delivers High-speed LAN Interconnect (HLI) servicers to SGI customers via a high-speed, international asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) -based backbone. Customers can choose turnkey, managed solutions for connecting metropolitan, national, and international Ethernets. Token Rings, FDDIs, and native ATM networks at a variety of speeds up to 155 mb/s. Customers who have already purchased wide-area networking equipment may also choose to employ MFS Datanet's Frame Transport Service (FTS), which provides frame relay connectivity at speeds up to 6 mb/s.
