Open Server includes the developer programming libraries necessary to develop applications that access any data, application and services and provide that data or the results of that processing back to any Open Client system on the network. Sybase Open Server gives the developers the ability to "access" the client/server network through a simple programming interface, thus writing code to handle correction management, low level network driver interaction, message format definition, assembly and disassembly.
