The APC-DCX is a dual-trunk channel bank with expanded drop and insert capabilities. As a member of the Adax APC (Advanced Protocol Controller) family, multiple APC circuits may be connected to the DCX to create a fully integrated wide area network solution to difficult network design problems. Multiple DCX boards may be interconnected to further expand the designer's range of options. The DCX provides two direct digital connections to any combination of T1 and E1 trunk lines. Conforming to international standards, the DCX provides carrier compatible drop and insert functions, including fractional services, and an integral CSU for trunk lines.
