Parity Systems external CD ROM subsystem may be added to any Silicon Graphics® workstation or file server that supports the device, without any other added hardware or software. The attributes of CD ROM are well identified in multi-media and several audio/video applications.
Silicon Graphics® has authorized Parity Systems to use the identical high-speed CD ROM drive that they use, including their microcode. This assures the user that the subsystem is compatible with all hardware and software.
