The Eloquence text-to-speech system offers high-quality synthetic speech coupled with a versatile interface that allows users to customize the synthesis environment to meet virtually any text-to-speech need. Users can choose among multiple pre-defined voices or custom design new voices. Context-sensitive rules generate accurate pronunciations and natural, expressive, intonation. Simple annotations give users fine control over intonation patterns and voice characteristics.
