MasterModel creates a single database organized around the spatial composition of a complex facility by integrating drawings from AutoCAD and MicroStation, and provides a comprehensive review system for any size model. Data is object oriented: each object represents an identifiable part of the facility. Surface/solid geometry, metric/Imperial units, global/local coordinate systems, are supported within the same model.
Sophisticated interference detection, model update and maintenance tools control all stages of the design process. MasterModel is a standardized source of administrative and design data, providing access to original drawings, plus new drawings extracted by area, system or design discipline.
