Lincages-6© (rev 2.1) enables synthesis and analysis of 4 and 6-bar single degree-of-freedom mechanisms. After selecting basic mechanism topology, users specify x,y, and/or angular parameters for the desired task via keyboard, then use the mouse to build the desired linkage geometry step-by-step. Animation features provide continuous and stop-action linkage motion. The 2.1 release adds identification of circuit-rectified solutions to the solution space.
