The most popular paint system on the market, Matador brings together painting, special effects, rotoscoping and multi-layered 2-D animation into one system. It offers a wide selection of pressure-sensitive brush styles and a large array of user configurable filters.
Masks can be generated from luminance or chroma, or from any chosen colour or hue. Cutouts can be stuck down with drop shadows, set in prospective, morphed or warped. Matador's rotospline feature will also automatically generate spline-based mattes or shapes based on sequential images and `macros' will automate repetitive rotoscoping tasks. Motion-tracking and colour correction features are also included in this fully resolution-independent system.
