TSS is a UNIX network security product which includes integrated login, password, challenge response and file recovery modules and a GUI interface. Users are granted access only if the specific device and time are valid. TSS takes action on idle terminals and users exceeeding their time limits. Includes a complete audit trail of every login, account and/or terminal locking after several invalid login attempts, external passwords, call back facility on dial up lines, and "Firewall like" functions for Internet users. Password checking includes maximum and minimum special and/or numeric characters, keyboard sequences, length, reverse spelling, familiar words, and dictionaries. User definable password archiving, degree of difficulty for passwords and familiar word dicitionaries are included.
