It combines the signal integrity modeling power of Maxwell SI Spicelink with the ability to characterize full-wave and radiative effects to analyze ground bounce, crosstalk, parasitic parameters, power and ground plane placement, and electromigration. Addresses EMC/EMI issues by employing a full-wave finite element solver designed for high frequency electromagnetic characterization of arbitrary 3-D structures in the frequency domain.
