DB Capture is a revolutionary database backup utility that allows database administrators to take instantaneously HOT snapshots of their databases that can be backed up while the database is in full operation. This ability eliminates database downtime. Conventional backup commands or automated backup products can be used to back the snapshots up; therefore, utilizing existing investments in backup technology. The complimentary "Store Capture" product allows for the taking of block level incremental backups on HOT databases.
