AbM© produces an antibody structure from an antibody sequence. It can be used by the biotechnology industry to humanize antibodies for use as possible therapeutics. AbM models the hypervariate loop regions of an antibody using the most appropriate loop modeling method available for each hypervariate loop.
The system is largely automated, and therefore the results are reproducible.
