Iditis stores a comprehensive dataset derived from the Brookhaven databank. Users may scan all known structures for motifs, substructures and interactions in seconds.
Iditis can be used to identify critical design/modeling sites, for loop modeling and for accelerated structural analysis. Five hundred fields of structural data are stored in a relational database. Data can be linked at all levels of the protein structure hierarchy in order to answer any question. Iditis responds quickly, so queries can be iteratively refined in minutes to test hypotheses.
