PRIISM is a sophisticated 3-D image display and analysis package for tackling complex visualization and interpretation problems of biological data sets. Multiple windows can be used to display data from different angles or multiple data sets. Special features include on-line volume rendering, image overlay, feature enhancement, segmentation, interactive/automatic model building and various data measurement methods for quantitive data analysis.
