RESOLVE3D is a state-of-the-art system for collecting 3-D, multiple wavelength and time-lapse optical microscope data. It includes modular functions for controlling Photometrics CCD camera, microscope shutters, multiple filter changers and XYZ stage. The data processing program for removing out of focus information is also included.
