3D Viewer is a nondestructive, evaluation image processing and analysis program for volumetric digital images such as MRI and CT. The program accepts 2D and 3D bytes, short integer, and floating point images. All processing and analysis are done on the full original data. Features include interactive image pan rotation and zoom, color map manipulation, density profile plotting, first and second order statistics on selected regions of interest, and spatial and frequency domain filters. The program also includes image-sectioning tools to extract 2D and 3D regions from the original dataset.
