2D Viewer is a nondestructive, evaluation image processing and analysis program for 2D digital images such MRI, CT, and digital radiography. The program accepts byte, short integer, and floating point images. All processing and analysis are done on the full original data. Features include image pan and zoom, color map manipulation, density profile plotting, first and second order statistics on selected regions of interest, distance and area measurements, and spatial and frequency domain filters. The program also includes a special fast capability to reconstruct and project CT scan data.
