The STW/Coverage multi-platform suite of testing tools provides measurements to determine how test cases exercise a program, and identifies what has not been exercised. It uses three measurements to ensure the thoroughness of test cases: logical branch (C1) for unit testing, function-call (S1) for system and integration tests, and path class (Ct) for testing critical functions. STW/Coverage is independent of the runtime environment, allowing it to work for host-based, client/server and embedded applications. Using available reports and charts, you can easily navigate to your source code to quickly pinpoint under-exercised areas. STW/Coverage is available for C, C++, Ada, COBOL and FORTRAN.
