IBUKI Common Lisp (IBCL) is a complete implementation of the Common lisp standard. IBCL comes with full development environment, which includes a compiler, an interpreter, an error and condition handling system, a frame-based debugger, and a rich foreign function interface for calling programs written in C and FORTRAN.
IBCL is the smallest, least expensive and fastest version of Common Lisp on workstations. IBUKI's policy of licensing IBCL source codes allows application developers to customize IBCL to fit the needs of their products.
