LivingO2 combines VMRL 2.0 Moving Worlds with 3D audio and informative HTML pages. User mouse clicks trigger assembly animations, sound, and other behaviors, while showing the user valuable technical documentation on the major components.
Navigation
To navigate, use the preset viewpoint control, located on the dashboard at the bottom of VRML world, or use the Page Up/Down buttons on your keyboard. Navigation is also possible by using other dashboard controls such as the trackball and the thumbwheel.
Clickable Objects
Look for the appearance of the finger symbol, which indicates a clickable piece of hardware. Most major components are clickable and will bring up detailed technical information on that part when clicked. Click the power button and volume controls on the O2 model to enhance the VRML experience. Try to log in and shutdown the virtual O2 workstation.
