Displays a molecule and its dynamic surface. Clipping planes and texture maps affect the dynamic surface.

Quick Start:

Left Mouse: Rotate model about arbitrary axes
Left Mouse + Middle Mouse: Zoom
Left Mouse + ShiftKey: Translate along X,Y axes
Left Mouse + ShiftKey + Middle Mouse: Set Z value of clipping plane to view internal structure
F4 key: toggles between static and morphing display
F5 key: Toggle opaque and transparent surface
F6 key: Color surface blue
F7 key: Color code surface according to the molecular lipophilic potential
F8 key: Same as F7 but with more definite gradations
ESC key: Exit

More Details:

F1 key : enter stereo mode
F2 key : exit stereo mode
F3 key : reset stereo parameters
UP ARROW key : increase translation between the two views in stereo
DOWN ARROW : decrease translation between the two views
RIGHT ARROW : increase rotation between the two views
DOWN ARROW : decrease rotation between the two views

f key: property filtering (needs texture mapping on)
b key: property clipping (needs property filtering on)
s key: toggles surface on/off
a key: toggles arbitrary clipping plane

When the arbitrary clipping plane is enabled (a-KEY), the following 3D manipulations affects it.
Left Mouse + C KEY : rotate the plane
Left Mouse + C KEY + SHIFTKEY : move clipping planes
