gnumeric-0.64: description + notes

This is gnumeric, the GNOME spreadsheet program. Gnumeric will import your existing Excel, 1-2-3, Applix, Sylk, XBase and Oleo files. If you are familiar with Excel, you should be ready to use Gnumeric.

Gnumeric has a plugin system based on shared libraries right now (which means that all plugins right now fall under the GNU GPL). A plugin exists for defining your own functions in Python. The Gnumeric Home Page has more information.

This particular build does not contain bonobo or gb support.

NOTE: IRIX 6.2 requires the latest rollup patches for POSIX 1003.1b (pthread) scheduling. Patches 3771 and 3704 or their successors can be downloaded from http://www.sgi.com/support/patch_intro.html
