* Added toolbar for faster access to commonly used
  menu items.

  password add/change/delete form, hide

  clear the clipboard after a period of inactivity.

* Added "Generate Password" option:

  1.  Automatically generates password by:
      a) Getting a random word from an English
         word database, or by
      b) Selecting random alphabetic, alphanumeric,
         or ASCII characters.
  2. Places it into the Password and Confirm Password
     fields and on the clipboard.

* Other minor bug fixes

* Added release notes
