Report Card

This section lets you tell us what you liked and disliked in
this issue of ON DISK MONTHLY.  It will tell us what direction
to go in order to please you better.  Please print it (by
pressing P), fill it out, and return it to us at:

For each feature of this issue, you are asked to give a grade in
two categories, "Subject Matter" and "Quality."  "Subject
Matter" deals with the subject of the program or article:  Give
a high grade if you find the subject of interest and would like
more features of that kind in the future and a low grade if you
have no interest in it.

On the other hand, the "Quality" is where you rate our execution
of the particular feature.  Was it great or terrible?  Give
grades of "A" through "F" as a teacher would; "A" is outstanding
while "F" means you consider the program a complete waste of
disk space.  Circle the letter that best applies.  Finally, in 
the "Will Use" column tell us if this is a program you would 
come back to again and again.
