^C^1MOVIE MOGUL ^Cby ^CChiang Brothers Software ^CAdapted for the IBM PC by George Leritte If you've ever wondered what it's like to be a big-shot movie producer, here's your big chance. MOVIE MOGUL gives you a witty, though realistic, look at the Hollywood motion picture industry. When you run the program, you will be asked to turn one of three scripts into a movie. You cast the picture, then decide how much to spend on production. And although your movie will be reviewed by the critics and can even be awarded an Oscar, success is determined by one thing -- profit. After your picture finishes its run at the box office, you can compare its performance with the industry's biggest hits -- and worst failures. In order to make sure that your film is a hit like "Animal House" rather than a bomb like "Heaven's Gate" or "Howard the Duck," be sure read the instructions included with the program. One last note: if you prove adept at producing movies with MOVIE MOGUL, why not head west and try your hand at the real thing? If you happen to hit it big with a film like "Halloween" or "E.T.," give us a call. We'll do lunch.
