Subject Matter deals with the subject of the program or article: give a high grade if you find the subject of interest and wish more features of that kind in the future, and a low grade if you have no interest in that sort of thing. On the other hand, the Quality grade is where you rate our execution of the particular feature. Was it great or terrible?
