1. Don't make the search too general. Narrow it down. If you type in the surname Brown, but nothing else, you are going to get tens of thousands of hits, slow down the server, and not be able to sift through it all.

2. Fill out any required fields, and also as much correct information as you know, to speed up your response.

3. You can save a search response list with Netscape by bookmarking it, or clicking on FILE, SAVE AS, and then the SAVE button. You can also send web pages to your printer.

4. If one phone book doesn't turn up anything, try another one, or generalize your request a little more. There are thousands more phone directories on the World Wide Web!
