Midnight Othello License Agreement

Midnight Othello (herein referred to as "the Software") is copyrighted by Andreas Hüttenrauch (herein referred to as "the Author"), with all rights reserved.

LICENSE
The Author grants the licensee a non-exclusive license to use this Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of no longer than seven (7) days, whereupon the Software is required to be registered through payment to the Author for the stipulated value as outlined on the Author's Website.

Unregistered use of the Software after the 7-day evaluation period is in violation of International Copyright Laws.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Author assumes no responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve an intended purpose, nor for proper installation and use.
In no event shall the Author be liable to the licensee, it's customers, or other users for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The licensee must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

TITLE
Title, Ownership Rights, and Intellectual Property Rights in the Software shall remain the Author's. 

TERMINATION
The license will terminate automatically if the licensee fails to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, all copies of the Software shall be destroyed.
