Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea

The Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea is dedicated to introducing visitors to works by Kentucky's many outstanding artisans and the states amazing variety of cultural activities and sites. Located just off Interstate 75 at exit 77, the Center includes a wide range of Kentucky-made items for sale, regional and state-wide travel information, special exhibitions, displays on the art and craft traditions of Kentucky, and a cafe. madison co.

Featured at the Center are Kentucky products created by more than 650 artisans from all across the Commonwealth, including glassware, pottery, woodworks, metalwork, paintings, photography, jewelry, folk art, music, specialty foods, and books. The Center also provides visitors with an opportunity to interact with artisans through artist demonstrations, book signings, and performances.

As a networking resource, the Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea also offers up-to-date information about working artisan studios, artisan demonstrations and workshops, and other arts-related events across the state.

The Kentucky Artisan Center is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (EST), with its cafe serving through 7:30 pm. There is on-site parking and no admission charge.
