Tide V1.10 ShareWare Registration Form

         This registration form is for Cheques/Money Orders only.  Do
        NOT send cash, unless you really have no alternative.  However
        no responsibility will be taken for anyone claiming to have
        sent cash through the mail.

         All Cheques/Money Orders should be in Australian Dollars ONLY
        and made payable to "ERROL SMITH".  Please complete the form(s)
        in full to avoid delays in receiving your registration key(s).

         Personal cheques have to be cleared before any key can be
        generated, so please be patient in receiving your key when
        paying via cheque.

        Note: One Registration Per Form. Please use separate forms
        for multiple registrations.

         Overseas Registrations - You may use our European
        registration site (above). They accept credit cards/cheques.
        Alternatively you can get a 'bank draft' in Australian
        dollars. A draft is essentially as good as cash and you will
        receive your key as soon as payment is received.
        An alternative would be a cheque made out in Australian
        dollars, but be warned there is a 1 month waiting period for
        the cheque to clear. The Australian dollar is typically in
        the range of US70-80 cents, ie. A$25 ð US$17-$20,
        A$20 ð US$14-$16.

         Keys will generally be delivered by e-mail, crashmail, or
        personal upload (in descending order of preference). If you
        request personal upload you will have to set up a personal
        visitor account.

                 The account should be a personal account, NOT a
                public 'guest' account, as you don't want anyone else
                having access to the key file.
                 It is recommended to leave a message to this account
                stating where the KEY should be uploaded, or which
                message area it should be file attached in.


        REGISTRATION FEES:
        Single Registration     A$25.00 (Twenty Five Australian Dollars)

        2 or more Registrations A$20.00 EACH (Twenty Australian Dollars)
        (Must be with a single payment eg. ONE cheque for the total
         amount.)

        The registration fee is the same whether Tide is used in a
        private/non-profit or commercial system.
