We seem to have expanded to a 4th in the series.  FAQ4 is to be 'misc
questions answered'.  Might look a little rough at this point, but it will be
streamlined as we go along.

Fastecho netmail setups:

Q: Why won't Fastecho too my NETMAIL into my JAM/Squish NETMAIL area?
   I've configured everything right and checked it out twice!

A: In FESETUP under System.FEutilParameters, set "Include USERS.BBS" to
   "NO"

It's really an aggrivation to those who are using FastEcho... I didn't
find it in the documentation of FastEcho (or at least it wasn't in a
readily visible place! :)

And its done..scans only those bases which were just written to.
