Before using MakeNL 3.x.x, be sure to read the WHATSNEW or 
WHATSNEW.TXT files, as well as the HISTORY.TXT file. Although 
MakeNL 3.x.x generally works as a drop-in replacement for 
MakeNL 2.x, there are important changes in the handling of 
archiving for the program. Some new keywords have been added, 
and others do not work the same as documented in MakeNL 2.x.
