- Ported WNFOSCTL.
- WNFOSSIL supports /U to unload.
- VFOSSIL support added.
- TELNET server/client support is in place but needs to be refined. 
  I will make private intermediate releases of this feature available 
  upon request.
- WinFOSSIL for Windows NT has an option to keep the port open during
  the MS-DOS session allowing the COM port to be shared between
  FOSSIL-aware applications without requiring the application to have
  the port configured as "hot".
