Release notes for VMODEM support in WinFOSSIL for Windows NT

To enable VMODEM (TELNET client/server) support in WinFOSSIL for a port, use 
the Control Panel to select a port identifer and type in TELNET for the COM 
port identifier.  For example, port ID 0002 defaults to COM2, override this
port name setting as TELNET to enable the VMODEM support for this port ID.

VMODEM supports the following AT commands:

ATZ     (Reset/init)

ATD[T]  <telnet server address>

        Where <telnet server address> can be in the form:

        204.182.96.142
        204 182 96 142
        bbs.woodruff-software.com
        bbs woodruff-software.com

Note, ATH0 is not support yet, use DTR to disconnect the TELNET connection.
