Easy instructions for installation of SysOp Bulletin-Maker:

1) Copy SBM.EXE to your main WWIV directory (e.g., \WWIV, \BBS, etc.).

2) Run WWIV, go to //CHAINEDIT, and insert a new chain, editing the options
    so they look like this:
       A. Description  :  SysOp Bulletin-Maker
       B. Filename     :  SBM %1 2
       C. SL           :  255
       D. AR           :  None
       E. ANSI         :  Optional
       F. DOS Interrupt:  Used
       G. 300 Baud     :  Allowed
       H. Shrink       :  No

3) Exit WWIV, run the INIT program.  Go to option #6, and scroll down to the
    "Logon Event" part.  Type in "SBM %1 1" for that.

4) Exit INIT, run WWIV, and you're done; now you can run it.
