	The undersigned hereby agrees to purchase a software license of
    Synchronet for the purchaser's exclusive and sole use. This software
    license allows the purchaser to use Synchronet on one or more computers,
    given that all computers are elements of the same Bulletin Board System.
    The purchaser agrees not to distribute, sell, lend, or otherwise violate
    the Copyright laws of the United States regarding the license of
    Synchronet. The purchaser agress that this license is not assignable or
    otherwise transferable to any other party.

	If the terms above are violated by the purchaser, then the purchaser
    agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the seller to
    enforce the terms of this agreement under the Copyright laws of the United
    States.

        Copyright owner reserves the right to revoke this license upon
    violation of the terms herein.

        The seller warrants that Synchronet will perform substantially in
    accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 90
    days from the date of receipt.

        The undersigned agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the seller
    for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use
    Synchronet.
