Perlpad uses a Software Key to register it. The funny thing is
that even if you register it (enter the right code) the program
expires. You are urged by the program to download a newer version.
This patch removes the date check from PerlPad. The version for
which this patch was made expires when the month is above 2 and
the year is higher than 1997 (that means 1-March-1998).

You need Win95/NT to run this patch. You can run it from within a
zipfile and locate the target file from within the fix.
