To do a mass OP, Just add this line to the 
"Channels name list" section of your POPUPS
menu:

MassOp:/mode # +oooo *1 | /mode # +oooo *5 | /mode # +oooo *9 | /mode # +oooo *13


Just highlight the names you want to OP and then
right click.. In the Menu bar that popups, click
on MassOp!

To do a mass DEOP, Just change the + to -
