There IS a reason there are less SEGA(r) roms. Sega won a big lawsuit recently. It was started when the Super Magic Drives for sega were being sold by a BBS in California. It was also encouraging the upload/download of games for the thing. (This was a machine that let you run rom dumps on a real console. Anyway, the long and the short of it all is that sega won, and lots of folks are (rightly) scared about the liability. Look for Nintendo to crack down on the recent NESticle fueled explosion in NES rom distribution soon.
