The June 1994 issue of "The Record," the official publication of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, will include a recently released report by the Association's Special Committee on Drugs and the Law. The report is entitled "A Wiser Course: Ending Drug Prohibition" (the "Report"). In typewritten form, the Report is 83 pages long and has 203 footnotes of sources and authorities.
